Real opportunity! Professionally maintained and in good condition, but among the cheapest on the market! Most of the time the in private use for family cruising or for sailing with friends. Also excellent in racing. It is not typically charter yacht but it is very easy and friendly to handle. Cruising equipment with draft 2,15m - lead bulb, teac wood cockpit, Webasto central heating, furling jib, gennaker etc.

No damage on the boat or on the keel whatsoever. The keel was reinforced according to Croatian Register of Shipping and according to plans of JJ design (visited Mr. Jernej Jakopin about that issue). The mast was inspected and also with no damages.

The engine is in excellent condition, regularly maintained and it was generally serviced in 2010.
